If you prefer to deal with your fellow survivors instead of the automated Merchant, the Auction House is the place to be. This is a fully player-driven marketplace where you can list your items for sale or bid on items listed by others.

Selling Items

To sell an item, simply navigate to the Auction House on your dashboard and create a new listing. You set the price! Whether you are selling excess food, rare radioactive stones, or surplus copper, you can dictate the market value.

The Auction Tax

Be aware that maintaining the Auction House infrastructure isn't free. Every successful sale is subject to a 10% listing tax. This means if you sell an item for 100 Money, you will receive 90 Money, and 10 Money is taken by the system. Price your items accordingly to ensure you make a profit!

Buying Items

Looking for a bargain? Browse the Auction House regularly. Sometimes players list rare items for incredibly low prices for a quick sale. It is a fantastic way to acquire materials without having to brave the dangerous gathering zones yourself.
